Four-Tier Growth

< 1 min read

Definition #

Profit must fund three upstream tiers of growth — Personal (operator + staff as individuals), Professional (operator + staff as role-holders), Institutional (the business as entity). Those three produce the fourth, downstream tier: Relational (Guests growing in relationship to the business, H → H² → H³). Relational tier is downstream. Profit funds the three upstream tiers; those three produce relational growth. Starve any upstream tier and the relational tier decays; the loop enters [Static Decline].
Diagnostic order: if Guests aren’t climbing the ladder, don’t look at Guests — look upstream. Which of the three tiers is starved?
DEMOTED from LAW tier 06.11.2026 — profit-specific funding mechanism, not cross-cutting. Renamed from [The Four-Tier Growth Law].
