Training Ladder

Definition #

The non-skippable progression that produces every role in the operation. You climb through training, not past it. Each rung has its own training event; each rung’s competency is a prerequisite for the next. Three rungs: (1) Cast Member — trained on the role. (2) Trainer — gated by [Train-the-Trainer Gate] (required event, owned by the Lead). Then takes first trainee. (3) Lead — has held both prior rungs; has run Train-the-Trainer events; owns area and calibrates trainers. Parent of: [Train-the-Trainer Gate], [The Coaching Ladder], [No Skipped Rungs]. No skipped rungs: a Lead who never trained is a Lead in title only.
