Relational Thinking

Definition #

Proposed LAW-tier sibling counterpart to [Transactional Thinking] — the cognitive engine hypothesized to produce Road 2 actions, corresponding to [Transactional Thinking] as the engine that produces Road 1 actions.

Family #

Sibling LAW-tier counterpart candidate to [Transactional Thinking]. If TT is the cognitive engine that produces Road 1 actions, the corresponding cognitive engine producing Road 2 actions needs a name — by parity, either (a) a sibling LAW exists and needs naming, or (b) Road 2 is produced by something other than a thinking pattern (a discipline, a posture, a stance), in which case the asymmetry between the roads is itself structurally interesting.

Why Behind the Thinking #

Two Roads architecture is a binary action signature. If Transactional Thinking produces Road 1 actions as the cognitive engine, then by parity, Road 2 actions must have a cognitive engine producing them — unless the asymmetry between the roads is itself the point. Open question on record: whether Road 2 is produced by a thinking discipline rather than a thinking pattern. Six naming alternatives held for workshop. LAW altitude requires the same cross-cutting / non-negotiable / always-operating qualifications as [Law of Constant Motion].
