A hub-and-spoke decision framework. Every decision must pass ten principles before it qualifies as a [Conscious Investment]. Failing any spoke produces an [Orphaned Act].

Why Behind the Thinking #

Every operator makes decisions. Most decisions are made without a filter — by instinct, habit, fear, or reaction. The [Operator’s Filter] installs the discipline that a decision must pass before it is executed. Ten spokes, each representing a principle the decision must survive. A decision that fails even one spoke is not a [Conscious Investment] — it is an [Orphaned Act] that costs the operator without returning. The Filter makes the standard explicit and repeatable.
