Operator Decision Tree

< 1 min read

Definition #

Master visual that governs all operator forward decisions for self, cast, or business. Five-layer structure: (1) Origin / Precondition (MDV + 10 sight targets); (2) Inputs; (3) Aggregation (with five pipeline failure modes); (4) Gate: [Burn The Boats]; (5) Push / Terminal (the forward decision feeding [Outcome By Design], LCR, [Outcomes Formula]).

Family #

Canon. Visual instrument (not rhetorical). Feeds at input layer from [Juggled Balls]. Extended this session with Layer Minus 1 ([Proactive Read]), Layer 0 (Declaration), and Exit C ([Operator R&D]).

Why Behind the Thinking #

The master visual structures the operator’s decision process from the MDV down through the gate to the output. Without this structure, the operator either over-aggregates (input paralysis) or under-aggregates (input failure). The gate at Layer 4 is the check that prevents the operator from building toward a compromised vision.
