Why Behind the Thinking #

Admin is where lagging indicators live — the report card on decisions already made upstream. Revenue-management disciplines (pricing, capacity, channel mix, daypart yield, demand forecasting) are legitimate operator levers only when correctly placed in Admin: they report upward to [The Read] and report downward to [The Production] only as instrumentation confirming what the stage already told the operator.
